The one and only. It's well known that Newcastle Brown Ale is full of flavour and remarkably smooth. What's less well known is that the birthplace of this legendary English ale owes is name to William the Conqueror's son Robert, builder of the New Castle of 1080. A suitably royal heritage for our great tasting ale. And good reason to carry the city's name proudly on our label. Enjoy the one and only Newcastle brown ale responsibly. Imported from England. Family owned, operated & argued over. Please recycle. US zero waste business council. uszwbc.org. We're constantly brewing new IPAs, looking for bold hop flavor. With this beer, our brewers though it was so good that we decided to serve it straight from the tanks - unfiltered, unprocessed, and raw - to let all the fruit-forward hop flavors shine. The result is a hazy beer with modest bitterness and intense hop character. To some making an unfiltered hop bomb may seem crazy, but to us, it's a hazy little thing called IPA. Hidden among 1,500 square miles of the Juneau Ice Field, the pristine waters of Alaska's Inside Passage and the bear-lined shores of Admiralty Island, Alaskan Brewing Company quietly brews some of the world's most award-winning beer in Juneau, Alaska. Like the land that inspires them, Alaskan beers are anything but ordinary. The same can be said of the people who drink them. Frontier Lifeline: Produced from 1948 to 1967, the de Havilland Canada DHC-2 Beaver is a workhorse in the Alaskan backcountry, connecting communities to vital services and to each other. Over 1,600 were produced to answer the demand for versatile planes for use in rural areas. Although engineers warned short takeoffs would lead to low cruising speed, one pilot replied: You only have to be faster than a dog sled. Many are now over 60 years old, but the Beavers continue to provide products like fresh Alaskan beer to remote lodges, and the only access to the outside world for many communities, whether fitted with wheels, skis or floats. The state of Alaska is more than 1/5 the size of the entire low 48 states combined. Gear up at alaskanbeer.com: clothes; pints; gifts. 420 divided by 35 - 12 oz'ers. Sonoma County. Est. 1993. Beer speaks. People mumble. India pale ale. Doggone good. A 12-gang of 12's. Thanks for choosing to spend the near future with this special handmade IPA. We at the brewery dig it the most. We have been making this ale this way since 1994 and hope you will feel as good about drinking it as we do about brewing it. We get to enjoy the company of each batch for about 16 days. From the moment of conception in the mash tun, through gestation in the vast expanse of the fermentation cellar to the daily c-section performed in the filtration department; all the way to final matriculation into glass and kegs on the alter of the two filling lines - when it finally moves out and gets a job - whereupon we clean the crud out of its room and start all over again. You, however, will only enjoy the company of this ale for a few minutes and then a while longer as it insinuates itself into your brain and liver on its round-trip back to the ocean of lost beers forever. Enjoy it while you can and don't worry - we'll make more! Brewed and bottled by: The Lagunitas Brewing Company Petaluma, Calif, U.S. of A.

Beer Powered Beer. coastalcode.org. 1% proceeds for the ocean (Alaskan Brewing Co. commits 1% of all proceeds from Alaskan Icy Bay IPA to support the cleanup and preservation of coastlines and waterways in an initiative called the Coastal Code - coastalcode.org). In the shadow of Mt. St. Elias, surfers step from icy waters thirsty for a bold beer brewed to endure harsh ocean conditions. Crafted with Cascade hops for a citrus aroma and crisp finish. The state of Alaska is more than 1/5 the size of the entire lower 48 states combined. Yep, it's Cold. The surfers who ride the waves around Yakutat and Icy Bay have to be prepared for all of the extremes that come with Alaska's maritime climate. That can mean air temperatures well below freezing, and water temperatures not too much higher. It's sometimes called blue face surfing, and it requires a special breed of adventurer to seek out the rugged shorelines that yield the best breaks. Alaskan Icy Bay IPA comes from the heritage of a beer brewed to endure the long ocean journey from England to India, with a bold taste, brisk bitter bite, and a citrus hop aroma. For the surfers who venture into the cold waters of Icy Bay, it's a beer to match the intensity of a remote ride on a wave breaking on a solitary Alaskan beach. Photo credit: Local fisherman-turned photographer Scott Dickerson captures Alaskan adventures, lifestyle and epic swells off Alaska's coast. Scottdickerson.com. Beer Powered Beer: Alaskan beers are brewed with energy generated by a steam boiler fueled entirely by dried spent grain - a byproduct of our brewing process. That's what we call Beer Powered Beer. We love Alaska, and our CO2 recovery system, water-saving mash press filter and innovative steam boiler are all steps toward allowing us to brew beer in the most efficient and cleanest way possible in this beautiful place we call home. 100% recycled paperboard. alaskanbeer.com.
